Documentary requirements 需提交材料：

Scanned copies of the following documents may be submitted via email for initial evaluation. The original and authenticated documents must be presented to the university upon enrollment:

Scholastic record (form 137 of Transcript of Records) duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Consular Officer located in the student’s country of origin or legal residence

Police Clearance Certificate issued by the National Police Authority in the student’s country of origin or legal residence – duly authenticated by Philippine Foreign Service Consular Officer located in the student’s country of origin or legal residence

以下文件的扫描件可以通过电子邮件提交。入学时必须向学校提交原件与认证文件：

由位于学生原籍国或合法居住地的菲律宾外交部领事官员正式认证的学业成绩单原件及复印件（成绩单137表）

由位于学生原籍国或合法居住地的国家警察当局签发的警察清关证明

由位于学生原籍国或合法居住地的菲律宾外交部领事官员正式认证。

需提交成绩单和无犯罪记录证明的认证件或提供原公司或政府部门开具的相关可信度证明

在职则需提交在职证明（原件和复印件）

已婚女性需提交两张结婚证复印件

身份证

PSA出生证明（原件和两张复印件）

2*2身份证照四张

若在政府机关任职则需提交学习许可证

护照首页复印件和现有护照

English Proficiency Requirements 英语能力需求

托福成绩（纸考不低于500分，机考不低于61分）

雅思成绩不低于5分

若无英语能力证明，申请人需在入学前参加英语学习课程。

申请博士学位的硕士生需提交其在知名大学的领域专业的论文

入学考试费用：p350 for CTP；P500 for 研究生课程

申请音乐教育，钢琴教育、音乐表演硕士和音乐表演博士的的学生需要提供申请视频

申请美术与设计硕士的同学需要下载课程确认表，填写并上交Course Checklist, fill in and send it to sfadgrad@pwu.edu.ph

After completing the documentary requirements, an applicant is issued an applicant number by PWU Admissions Office. Applicant will be interviewed by the Dean of the PWU program he/she is interested in. The interview can be conducted in person or via the internet.

材料审核通过后，学院会安排线上面试。

The applicant will be informed about acceptance by PWU and must then be in the Philippines to complete the admissions process

面试后发布面试结果。

只需要上传成绩单公证翻译件，审核后拿到官网申请学生账号和密码，通过后交钱选课

选课界面如下：

上课时间根据所选课程而异，有课是早上7：00-10：30，有课是晚上16:00-19:30
